MediGuide offers membership plans for Second Opinion services to affinity groups associated with banks, unions, and professional societies. Our current clients include three of the largest banks in North America, which offer MediGuide membership to their credit card holders. Affinity groups benefit from offering MediGuide membership through the increased member or customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Our marketing studies demonstrated that MediGuide concept is considered appealing by bank customers, with one-third to one-half of cardholders indicating that they find concept extremely appealing. The membership may be offered as a value-added benefit to select (for example, "gold" or "platinum" cardholders) at no additional charge for a cardholder, or as a voluntary add-on, in which case, cardholder is entitled to a significant discount from a regular MediGuide rate. When offered no-charge membership, majority of cardholders found the service very appealing.
