2019 marks the 20th year of business for MediGuide.
We are truly delighted to be entering such a significant time in our organization’s history on such a high note. The past 20 years have been such an incredible journey for us as an organization as we worked meticulously to get our members the answers they so desperately deserve in a time when they are feeling most afraid.
The past 36 months have been both incredibly busy as well as transformative for us in terms of expansion and growth. Internally we have increased both our operational and clinical teams, attracting exceptional and meaningful talent who all stand behind MediGuide being Closest to the Cure.
We have expanded our office presence to now include locations in 7 countries internationally. We have clients on over 50 countries around the world, and we manage their member’s cases in over 152 countries.
For the benefit of our members, we have grown our product offering from 1 single product, to a suite of 4 products that all complement each other. We have solidified new partnerships with companies like MySpecialistMD, which enable us to offer primary and specialty telemedicine to our membership group. Based on this partnership, MediGuide is now leading the industry as an “all in one” clinical solution offering: telemedicine, MSO, chronic disease management, and concierge hospital navigation for those members looking to travel outside of their local area for medical care.
Our World Leading Medical Centres (WLMC) network that we work with has also expanded, now having access to even more Internationally recognized centres of excellence and multi-disciplinary teams of leading medical experts to review the cases for our members.
In 2018 we saw our highest case volume to date. As an organization we are delighted to be able to share with you all that despite our utilization explosion we continue to provide our members and clients an incredibly efficient and quality driven service.
